Last 30 pounds
Hello everyone, I must admit I haven't been on line for a long time. I had my surgery Nov 06. have gone from 310 to 155 and easily maintained for about 1 year. Anyone know a good stratigy to lose those last difficult pounds. I walk and go to the gym daily, try to change it up everyday. With the additional workout I have taken on should I cut calories more ar perhaps increase a little to allow for the workout.. Average burn 400 to 600 per day according to Fitlinxx at the gym.

Hiya - just wanted to say welcome back! I do not have the words of wisdom to help you but Sporty Jill, our local personal trainer will probably have some answers for you! She can analyse what training you are doing and help advise you depending on the amount of exercise you do and how much you eat and what you eat..... She is really good at this!

I have not yet started my journey. I have my surgery on July 14. I wanted to post and say WOW!!!!! You are inspiring me and letting me know it can be done. I will lose and maintain. You will get those last few pounds off. I wish I had some words of advice, but 155 is still darn good!!! Way to go!
