A first for me
Sweet Mary,
I think most of us grazed on Saturday. Heck we had enough food for an 10 teen boys!
Years ago I took jazzercise and loved it. Usually I walk, climb stairs or ride my bike.
Recently I noticed I was snacking before bed.
Now I eat a string cheese before going up to bed, read for a bit and don't venture back downstairs. If I need a drink I call on my kids to bring it to me. Anything to break the cycle!
Thanks for sharing your trials and tribulations with us. I have learned that at some point we all have similar tough times.
