Good Morning Fitness Fanatics..... Well...it's July 1st and time to break out the calendar to plan your fitness activities for the month.   Today is going to be a nice day here at the beach and the smoke is suppose to be less - YEAH!!! So...what are YOU doing to move today??? Me?  let's see...my calendar shows 45 minutes on the ellipticle during lunch and P90X cardio tonight.  Guess I'll be doing KenPo (karate) tonight, along with ab work.  Gotta get that core nice and strong. Have a great day and until tomorrow...... Stay safe...stay hydrated...stay moving!

Good morning Jill! HAPPY JULY!!! Today is a field trip day for Cameron's summer camp. We are going to a roller skating rink. I am soooo excited to be going and to actually participate. When I was younger, I was almost in the semi pro skating and did the dance skating and all. It will feel great ****il tomorrow morning) to be back out there where I feel at ease. I haven't been in 15 yrs but, gosh, I can not wait. Then tonight, we are back out at the gym.

Good morning all my Darlings!!  I will be running around like a chicken with my head cut off!!  Tons of errands to run.  Question for you, Jill.  Does sweating profusely help lose weight?  I've been going out into the veggie garden everyday for an hour, weeding.  The sweat just pores off me!  So I was just wondering if that helps my cause...lol.  T, I hope you have a terrific time skating but don't you dare fall down & go boom!  No injuries allowed!!!  Give Mr. Cam a hug for me!!!

Oh, rollerskating brings back so many memories! When I was a very young teenager, I went to summer camp and every Friday we would go skating at The Ballaroo. I loved it and thought I was all that and a bag of chips! So many teen dramas were played out on that rink - love found, lost, and found again, often in the same night and not always with the same person! When we moved to VA and my son asked to go skating with his friends, I couldn't believe the sport was still popular!

Hi Jill, I've gotten 3,871 steps in this morning. Yesterday I had almost 12,000 steps on my pedometer by the end of the day! HOOAH!! Gina
