WOW!! Already?
I went to my PCP for an appointment I had setup 3 months ago for my diabetsis. At the time I had not been approved yet for surgery. So I went in today and stepped on the scale. The lady put the thing to 250. I told her no, go to 350. She went to 350 and started at the end for 400. She kept sliding and sliding and stoped. It took me a moment and I stepped off then looked at her.. DID that just say 354???? She looked at my chart and said get back on there. Sure enough 354!! The last time I was in there was the day I started my preop diet for my surgery clearence on june 3. I think i weighed like 384 or 382. I was 375 Friday before surgery. So In about 2 weeks I have lost 21 lbs!!! I go in tomorrow to see the surgeon and I really go by his scale so I will get the "official" weight loss tomorrow.
Other good news, because my fasting surgars are GREAT she is keeping me off the metformin. They have been no higher the 110! So she did my A1C and wants me to come back in 3 months to check diabetis again and do a fasting draw to check my cholesterol.
