Care for your body.
After all your body has been through, it still carries you and tries to keep you healthy. You can care for this incredible machine by slowing down your day, taking time to eat, remembering to chew completely and hydrating properly.
But most importantly, you need to take time to think, time to clear your head of all the many distractions of the day, time to evaluate your goals and whether or not you are meeting them, time to breathe and enjoy your new, healthier self.
