Good am Erica,
Good for you! Glad to hear you are doing well. That was me as soon as I could get out of the bed I did! I told myself "you will get a blood clot" and scared myself more than the docs did. I remember it to this day over 5 1/2 years later that 17 times around our wing here at St. Mary's is a mile. Now, I walk 2 miles about 5 x's a week changing up my paths and scenery so I don't get bored. Its amazing!
All best!

Welcome home Erica! I am glad things went well with your surgery. I too have a history of blod clots. I couldn't get out of bed the first night. So Bravo to you. I sure was up walking the next day though. Each day gets better and better. Especially now that I am home, I am feeling better each day. We are pretty much surgery buddies, I am looking forward to our journey together on the losing side!
Hey girly,
We are surgery buddies. Congrats to you and i will keep you in my prayers. It does get better each day. I don't want to over do it, because I know my body has been through alot it still needs to rest. But I am glad you are were able to get up the nex day. Take care of yourself and keep me posted on your journey and I will do the same.
