Today I went to the doctor for my 2 week post op. I have lost 25 pounds and am now obese no longer morbidly obese (HOORAY)!!!! That is so exciting to hear. The only bad thing they had to say and I already knew is I am not eating enough so they told me to set an alarm for every three hours to remind me to eat. I am feeling good and so excited I made the decision to do this. I have no regrets!!!!

That is awesome Jennifer!! Well done - soon you will know when to eat but an alarm is a good idea for now. I used to use an alarm to tell me when to take all my supplements... Jackie

Good job, Jennifer. Don't worry, that's the way it usually starts. Hopefully you'll be lucky and won't get the head hunger that most of us get eventually. It sucks. Congrats on the loss, I just went from Obese to Overweight and its such a great feeling!!! Amber

Great job Jennifer. It is so hard to make yourself eat when you aren't really hungry. The problem is we don't want to make our bodies think we are starving it. Set that alarm and keep up the great work. Courtney

Wooooohooooo congrats Jennifer on the great weight loss! You are doing really well. Keep up the good work and soon you will just be overweight. I recently became just obese myself. It is such a good feeling to no longer be morbidly obese. Anna
