I mix it with water and the taste is very good. My first purschase was from Susan Marie and all of her products are good but pricey with the shipping charges. It is in a powder form but very tasty. Whatever is your favorite fruit ttry that flavor, whether it is raspberry, pineapple, berries. Place protein delite in your search engine and you can look at the the ingredients.
