SAT FFP Meet & Greet WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Thank You to each and everyone who showed up SAT. means alot. I think it was one of our best meets and we had several New faces YEAAAAAAAAAAAA I love it Ruth Thanks for comeing and DAWN C. Im so glad you came was so great meeting you sorry I didnt get to chat w/ you more but we will get together again soon. You send me your information and I will be glad to be your angel and post why your in surgery. You have such a great attituse and your hubby was awsome. Vickie H. was great to meet you as well sorry to you as well its hard to get around to all, but You me Stacey and Cathy need to plan a Harrisonburg date, to plan the next upcoming MEET & GREET. PLease we discuss breifley about the newsletter please stay in touch with me and JILL & Joann as so we can get this thing going I think it will be so nice to have to share in the future. I have sent all my pics to you all today If I missed someone please email me I have so email addresses Im not sure who is who anymore I need to edit that as well. I want to personnally Thank Jennifer V. for my lunch your great and hey your close to you can maybe join us as well as Joann for a quick lunch sometime soon. Crystal your awsome and Im so glad you and your daughter Marrisa(sp) hope thats right were able to attend and You are blossoming nicely you will soon be out of that shell you go girl!!!! Andrea sorry didnt get to chat much w/ you was good seeing you as well keep up the good work Lois your the bomb, I love your courage and strength, you go Girl, Stacey, Renea and if Ive missed anyone Thanks for coming and sharing your pictures, everyone who brought clothes, vitamins, drink etc. Thanks this is what a support group should be about total fun and enjoying and learning. Do you know w/ all that was there SAT. we had a total weightloss of (drum roll) 1613 pounds WOW it just blows my mind. Until our next meet stay safe, eat and drink that protein, iron , vitamins etc. and please pass reciepes , information we can use for our newsletter, pictures, before and after, plastic information suggestions on that big event for us all as a group, a cruise was suggested I think this would be fun to work towards next yr what do you think? Hope Ive gotten everyone included here if not please dot be upset, my brain is on overload. And those who couldnt attend hope to see you all next month or maybe April upcoming Meet information will be posted soon. Hugsssss.......

Well Crystal since your a veteran in cruising you will have to do some checking for us and find some good pricing and lets do for next spring or summer to give those who are interested in going time to make plans .....
