Hello All

Hey, Hope you are all doing great...has been a while since i posted last...has been a busy past few months..my new partner and i just bought a house and have been moving in...finally got internet back...thank goodness..hope you all had a great Christmas and Happy New Years..The weight loss has slowed to almost a stop...im at 232...down from 459...we did get a bowflex and started working out...also bought bicycles...will be glad when spring comes to start riding..anyways...just wanted to check in...hope everyone is well..
