Hi, Lorraine - Only your doctor can tell you if you have stretched your pouch. It is highly unlikely that you have though... Why do you think you have? Go back to the types of things you were eating and the amounts a month after your surgery! You know how to do it and I have faith in you - you will be right back on track in no time! Hugs! Jill

wow Jill your fast on response.... Thank you so much for being so interested I had my surgery in july.. but recently I have found I have been able to eat things like shrimp and crab legs without getting full. I use to rely on those feelings but now they are dimenishing. I ate a whole sandwich the other day and a few other things and as I did get uncomfortable, I did not get full like before. I had been having diarrhea and vomiting atleast 3 times a week up until recently and now that seems to have deminished. I am in petrified that my weight will come flying back before I have even gotten to gold weight.I have lost 100 lbs but need to lose 150 more. I also did ALOT OF VOMITING since my surgery and I was told that that alone stretches your pouch!!! I am sooooo discouraged and so depressed over this I could just give up. I just joined a gym yesterday to workout and swim so I hope that will help. I just hope this pouch has not stretched beyond being able to help me. Anyway thanks for your advice and help!!! Lorraine
