Weight loss buddy

I am looking for a weight loss buddy that lives in VA. I had lapband in June 2006 in Richmond with Dr. Maher. I would like to be able to share ideas, recipes, thoughts, etc. Thanks for anyone willing to provide advice and suggestions.

I would love to find someone that had lapband, but I will buddy with anyone. I welcome all help.

Hi, Crystal....this is a great place to find a buddy. We share all kinds of things here. I would be glad to share whatever....I am currently working on writing a book on my experiences and collecting recipies that have worked for my husband and I. He had his surgery on November 20, 2006. Stay in touch! This is a great board!!
