NEED YA'LL HELP..
You know what, I think that more people DON'T get sick, then do. Nothing really bothered me except milk and SF ice cream. I pretty much can even eat the gooiest sugary confections if I wanted to. The thing is I chose not eat those things. For me, sweets are a trigger food. I's what I wanted 24/7 before I was a pre-op. Slef-control is something that this surgery has taught me. I utilized my first year out from surgery by deliberatly staying away from all the things that I knew would make me fat again. there are some things that I dump on, but it's pretty random. It's not one thing or another, it certain things. I never know when I might dump. I could have a full sugar brownie one day and then a week later, that same brownie will make me fell pretty yucky. You are not able to eat enough of something at this point to really gage what might make you sick.
I think your'e weightloss so far is terrific. It's ok to now and then on special occassions to indulge in a bite or too. that is if you can stop at "Just one bite". Soem people cannot, so I suggest just staying away from those foods altogether. You have to personalize your diet to suit you, your habits and your mindset. What works for one does not always work for another.
That being said, Protein first, veggies second and anything else should come last. Most of he time I don't have room for the "anything else". Lots of water will help. Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger. Exercise! you have to move to lose. Even if it's dancing naked around your'e house. It exercise!
Now, hairloss. It's going to happen. Some people lose very little, some a lot. I lost about 1/3 of mu hair. It's coming back in finally. I take massive hair vitamins and I do believe that it's done wonders for my hair. I no longer find a little "bird's nest" in the bottom of my tub. It will eventually stop on it's own. for me getting it to grown back like it once was, is the tough part. I used to have really long hair and had to cut it off. I miss it.
Ok, this is turning into a novel. Have a great dya. You've got good advice and know that we are hear for you!
