Six Month Lab Reports & New Pic

Hey Everyone I know I've been missing in action but life is good! I am having the time of my life and feeling so much better. I can't get over the energy level I now have or the boost in self esteem. I knew it would be good but I really don't think my head was prepared for this as much as I thought it was. But really, guys & gals....how does one prepare their head to truly accept this much of a change in their life. Most of the time as we travel life's road, we hit bumps, have to take detours, and some times we even break down. Those things we expect and even though they are unpleasant, we deal with them and move on. This on the other hand is like being given a brand new sports car and an open freeway....and it's all downhill. What a wonderful ride it's been and I've been told that it only gets better. I got the results to my labs and Barbara Kays told me that everything is normal. My cholestrol is 138 and all my other levels are showing in the normal range. Do you have any idea how long it's been since I was normal about anything. I am absolutely ing for joy. And I can now that I've shedded some of the weight. I am down 110 lbs and I am wearing size 16 jeans and 14/16 tops & sweaters. I still have another 50 lbs to go to be at my goal weight but I'm so happy with the results I just can't find the words to explain it. Wanted to share with everyone how happy I am with my progress. After all, it was all of you that were there with me through the rough times, giving me encouragement and support. Now this is my time to say thank you to each and everyone of you. It's an amazing 6 months and I can't wait to say I'm at goal and maintaining!!! Lots of Love Kathy

Hi Kathy, I am soooo impressed! You have done an amazing job. I can't even fathom 110 pounds lost in 6 months - what a change!
