Hey sweet-stuff!! The "horse and buggy" is officially FULL .... Ive got a 4 seater and 4 butts claiming those seats, Susan, Wendy, Patty and myself. Glad to hear you two are GOING though, we'll def'ntly have to hook up at the hotel after every one checks in and gets situated in their rooms. Can't wait!!!!!! Unless I can get a ride, I don't hink I will make it. That's barely 3 weeks after my next round of plastics and since I will still have an incision on my backside, a four hour drive will kill me, I'm sure. Not to mention I might still be taking pain meds. Sigh...I wanna Go!

Oh...and BTW...Marriott is now a NON-smoking chain of hotels.....just an FYI, and if they even suspect you smoked in the room, they will hit your credit card with a $300 charge or something like that for a cleaning fee.....for the in the group..... D

I just heard from Susan in another email that the hotel is NOW non-smoking??? Also, the NIGHTLY rate is $250, is that right? For that kinda money, will there be a hunky-hunk waiting in my bed? Uh, Natalie? yooooohoooooo, did you see that? hmmmm? NON-SMOKING and a $250 a night room rate? I know the info you sent me/us with the link had a price of $149 - what the heck are we doing wrong, or need to do right, to get the cheaper rate? ...and I agree with Dianne, the hotel will be THRILLED to slap a "clean out" fee to your tab if they even smell a hint of ciggies. A few years ago, when I'd actually QUIT, my husband still had not. We were in Canada and ended up spending an impromptu night at a hotel we knew nothing about till after we checked in. VERY NICE, very clean, oh.... and very SMOKE FREE! Hubby walked OUT to the balcony - snuck a ciggie or two - OUTSIDE - and they still 'knew' and charged our credit card $200 for clean up. Sooooooooooooooooo - we're in the middle of downtown B'more - is there another OPTION out there?????? Ive never been to B'more - but I know several of you have, a few times, can Stacey or Jen toss in any ideas or thoughts? I'm leaving for Oklahoma in the morning for a week - and won't be booking the room or doing anything else till AFTER I return - so I'll check the boards and see if there are any updates/changes. ...Lei
