Just a bit of a rant....
I went yesterday for my 3 month check-up and was told that I need to start with weight lifting. LOL, I guess when I get my tax money back this year I will be investing in a Bowflex or something. I really don't have time for the gym because of crazy hours that I work. I am getting the wings to and do not want to have anymore surgerys to get rid of excess skin. I am hoping that lifting some weights will get me as close to where I want to be without more surgerys. My insurance does not cover PS so I am on my own which is ok. As long as I feel good and don't have to wear 3X anymore I am happy. Right now I am in a XL and some L in tops. My pants went from 22/24 down to an 18 and now they are getting loose. I am pretty happy so far and I guess that is what matters. Now I just need to start toning myself.
