Extended Pouch....

Ok, it's been quite a while since I've been on here. I've lost over 120 lbs. and still have about another 50+ to go. I had a problem back in October and had to have my band emptied and then he only filled it partially back up. I went back in December to have it filled so I could get the last 50 or so off and found out my pouch was extended. Since December 18th, I've done 2 weeks of liquids and have been doing mushies the last couple of weeks. I go back tomorrow for another barium swallow to see if this has helped or not. Has anyone out there had this problem...and, if so....what do you end up having to do? Thanks, Nervous!

Kelly , I can not answer you on this , but wanted to give to you a site that maybe can . http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/LapBand/ I believe the majority that post here on the VA boards have had the RNY . I do know of a few on here that have had successful Lap Band surgeries , but not sure they will see this post . So try the above board out and see if you can get some answers...
