help

hi every one . i need some help . i just moved and got new insurance that does not cover lap band or any thing to do with it. i had my lap band surgery aug 2005 i have lost 46 puonds but just regained 4 puonds. i have just found out that when we moved to another state 3 monthes age that all my paper work and pre surgery diet where lost.i wanted to look back and see what the 14 day diet was befor surgery. does any one have that list? i am having a really hard time (as you can tell by the weight gain) so i am thinking that if i restart that maybe that will help me get back on track. thank you mary

Mary , First thing . Who did your surgery ? Would they not have the listing ? And am I correct ... you said you had the surgery done in 05 and you have lost 46 pounds ? That is almost 2 years .... did you go back for your fills .. > ? What was your after care like > ? Your profile does not show anything on it .. so it is hard to tell what your journey was like . You could also go to the Lap Band Board here at OH to see if anyone else has this list .. as most on this board are RNYERS ... .. We do have a couple very succesful Lap Banders though... so maybe they will see this an try to answer . Best wishes to you . Natalie
