GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP MEETING NEXT WED 17th

I know this is a week early but we wanted people to read about the meeting and plan to come if they are free! It will be a great meeting!! Jackie GASTRIC BYPASS WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP MEETING The Obesity Freedom Support Group is holding its next support group meeting on Wednesday 17th January at 7pm - 8.30pm at the Contours Express Gym in Woodlawn Shopping Center, 282 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg 22405. This is on the border between Stafford and Fredericksburg in Stafford County before you actually cross the bridge into Fredericksburg. This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about gastric bypass or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement - then this meeting is for you! No negativity - only encouragement! Come along and join in and get support and help support others. It is a known fact that the most successful people are the ones who attend Support Meetings and get involved in their own health care. This Wednesday we have a guest speaker, Natalie Delbaere , Dr Halmi's wonderful nutritionist! She is coming to talk to us about getting back on track and other surprising food myths......
