OK so lets see,hubby...
OK so lets see, hubby had a bunch of people come over for dinner sunday to prep him for the boards..Well anyways dinner was a breeze but I knew I had to serve snacks or dessert or something..these are a bunch of military hungry men..lol
I am someone who always fiddles in the kitchen..hubby said some of the best food I have made is what I just thrown in a pot..lmao
Well I came up with this reciepe and thought I would share with you all for I know it's good in protein..as far as the statistics..I have no clue how to figure that out..
CRUST
8 sugar free oatmeal cookies (crushed)
tsp promise (or whatever butter you use)
melt butter and mix the 2 and press into a pie plate
8 oz cream cheese softened
Big container of sugar free or lite cool whip
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1 tsp of vanilla
With a mixer, mix cream cheese and vanilla then add in peanut butter..add half of whip cream
take other half of whip cream and fold into mixture
Place mixture over crust and put in the fridge for at least 2 hrs..
Now eat a small piece because it is very rich..but yummmmmmmmmmo
ENJOY....Naomi
Thank you Naomi! I wouldn't make it as a pie, because there is just Dusty and I. He is a ridiculously picky eater for 25. BUT, I do entertain new combinations like this for smaller treats. I think peanut butter, cream cheese, and splenda rolled into balls and dipped inthe crushed cookies would be something I could store easily for a short while.
