Surgery Postponed

Well after all the prayers and leading up to it, I woke up with a sore throat, sneezing, coughing. Called the Dr and he said no surgery today. To be rescheduled, thanks for all the prayers folks. Keith

Keith, I am SO sorry to hear that ....it's what I have been afraid of..but today I talked with the nurse and she spoke with the doc, they will listen to my lungs next week and if they are congested I too will have to reschedule. It is better for us to be as healthy as we can be before the surgery.....I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I will pray for you and your speedy recovery. Sonia

Sonia I am hoping your cold will come to nothing and that your surgery will go ahead as planned. I had a cold not long before surgery and went onto surgery with a cold sore that an elephant would have been proud of! But they still went ahead with my surgery! They will only stop it if you are very congested and will have difficulty recovering from the surgery.... Jackie
