One month Post OP

Yep, its been one whole month. Went to a local drs office just to weigh myself...am down to 305(i cannot tell you how much it made my heart lift when I stood on the scale and at 300 it nearly stayed at it...) I started out at 334 when I had the surgery. My highest was 354, and since about March I have gotten down to 305. I cant wait to get under 300. This is so exciting to me to have lost 29 lbs in one month! Melissa

Congrats Melissa that is really good. Keep up the good work and soon you will be down small like the rest of people on the board. Here is hoping you have a very great New Years.
