Thanks sweety! I actually took it to send to my husband - was hoping he'd open email on Christmas day and as luck would have it, he's had no computer access. hehehe, he'll probably get around to it on Valentines Day - good thing Im wearing red. It's a shame it's a CHRISTMAS theme - for once, I kinda liked the shot. Didn't show my beak nose (I have a really horrible profile) ...didn't show the laugh lines [cough] aka wrinkles around the eyes, even the tell tale signs of a smoker (around the lips) werent screaming of age. Wonder if I can photo shop that HAT off? LOL

hi debbie, i went back to work in 2 weeks and probably could have gone back a bit sooner if i werent tired but i have a job that can be modified to sitting at my desk. i was not allowed to lift more than 10 pounds until after 4-6 weeks so lei is right, you will probably need to take that full time off. plus, i was tired just sitting at my desk. i can't imagine doing physical labor all day. christine 253/170/158/134

Hi Debbie, I do office work and I elected to be out for 4 weeks. But, if I remember correctly, you must avoid lifting anything over 10lbs. for about 8 weeks. Since your job is rather physical, your doctor may suggest that you stay home longer. Maybe up to 3 months as Jacqueline mentioned.
