Photo Shoot Pictures

Hi, All - I finally got some pictures posted from the photo shoot I did for the article in Beyond Medicine - the Inova magazine. It will hit the "stands" by what I understand on January 8, 2007. Jon and I both had doctor appts on Tuesday. He for his one week post WLS - he did great and has already lost 20 pounds since his first visit to Dr. M!! WTG!!! I went back to the orthopaedic surgeon for my shoulder...I have started physical therapy...and that is why I am still up now at 1am....IT HURTS!!! UGH!!!! I wish I could take an anti-imflamatory...It would certainly help I think! Instead I am sitting here icing and heating it....I just want to be able to sleep through the night and sleep in the bed instead of on the couch...it's getting VERY old!!! Anyway...I didn't mean to get on that subject...tomorrow or this week-end I am going to try and get some of the Hawaii OH Cruise pictures posted. Saturday we are off to Charlottesville for the FFP Meet! Have a great week-end! Hugs! Jill

Hiya! I got your calls and played them for Jon - he said next time you would have to go with us to show us the good spots!!! The cruise pretty much sucked - NCL - Freestyle really sucked...but other than that it was fantastic!! It was warm and beautiful...and I have TAN LINES!!!! YEAH!!!!! The speakers and Monica were fantastic!!! We need to do another girls cruise....I feel the need!!! Maybe a week-end trip to VA Beach would help!! Do ya think?? As soon as I get my butt organized I will post the Hawaii stuff....I need to get my act together!! Love you too!! Hugs Jill

Hey, Jill! As for anti-inflammatories... you should try the Omega-3 and Omega-6 oils. Those are natural anti-inflammatories. You might want to try Coromega fish oil (emulsified into a paste so it isnt quite an oil base and better absorptions for post-ops). My back surgeon recommended fish oil since we are restricted from what we can take. Be well and have a great weekend! K

Hi My Sweeet Jill. I am so sad that I won't be at the FFP meet in Charlottesville this time....just can't fit it into the budget so close to Christmas. Gotta save every dime for the grandbabies this year. Although Jim got me a early present tonight....a baby ****atiel! I am soo excited...we just got him about 2 hours ago and he is already bondied to me....he kisses me on the lips...it is so cute...he won't go near Jim...hehe. I will have this thing spoiled rotten...remember last year mine died? I will get some pictures of him and put them on this weekend. We are going to look for a dog for Jim tomorrow....border collie they are giving away free...can you imagine???? Well, tell Jon that I am soo proud of him and I will miss seeing you both tomorrow.
