It's getting closer

well I just checked on our waiting list and they are on #389 and I'm #395, I can't rid of the butterflies!!!! I have my last weigh in for my six month supervised diet on Monday and I'll be attending the Support Group meeting the first week of Dec, i'm getting so excited now. I just don't like driving all the way to Portsmouth!!! But to have a new me i'd jump through just about any hoops!!!!

I hear ya hon...I felt the same way. I am almost done with all my tests just have the sleep study done and then they will give me an actual date. Most likely sometime early January. Anna

I don't know if I have to do a sleep study or not, I guess i'll find out what all is going on as soon as I get my call!!! I'm so happy right now it's not even funny, when I came in to the process here they told me a minimum of a 2 yr wait, it's only been 6.5 months since I had my orientation!!!!!

Wow !! To think..I was number 235 before i decided to go on the outside. Also..being that you are "in the system" you may be able to get on the list for plastics there !!! I am very happy for you !! Thanks Dana I tell ya i'm looking so forward to it. I've got to call first thing in the morning to get my final weigh in appt with my dr. Then I HAVE to get my butt down to PNH and do my support group meeting on the 7th of Dec!!!! I'm getting so excited...
