Gastric Bypass Support meeting tonight!!

Just wanted to remind everyone that the Obesity Freedom Stafford/Fredericksburg Gastric Bypass Support Meeting is TONIGHT! Everyone is welcome! The details are below as a reminder........ GASTRIC BYPASS WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY SUPPORT GROUP MEETING The Obesity Freedom Support Group is holding a support group meeting on Wednesday 15th November at 7pm - 8.30pm at the Contours Express Gym in Woodlawn Shopping Center, 282 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg 22405. This is on the border between Stafford and Fredericksburg in Stafford County before you actually cross the bridge into Fredericksburg. This meeting is open to anyone who wants to know more about gastric bypass or considering the surgery and want to talk to people who have had it, to people who are scheduled for gastric bypass surgery and to people who have had the surgery. If you had the surgery some time ago and want to get back on track with encouragement - then this meeting is for you! No negativity - only encouragement! Come along and join in and get support and help support others. It is a known fact that the most successful people are the ones who attend Support Meetings and get involved in their own health care. Among the topics to be discussed on Wednesday are protein intake - we even have a protein sampling session of some delicious protein bars, drinks etc - exercise - and you can leave with some bariatric friendly Thanksgiving recipes that your family will love and you can eat too, guilt free!
