Hey - I'm back from San Diego
Donna-
Welcome back! I'm a Cali girl too...but I've not been back since last December!
I second the desire to have a get-together for NoVA folks....just didn't know how to organize one since not that many people probably really recognize me because I don't post that much!
Hope to see you soon!
Christina S

Hey Christina, I didn't know you were from CA -- what part?
I am trying to get Dianna to organize the NOVA dinner since she is so much more 'connected' than me!! (She'll deny that, but she knows it's true!!). I hope we can do it. I'll keep bugging her.
How are you doing? How much weight have you lost? Are you having it easy or any problems? I'm anxious to hear your progress.
love

Welcome back, Donna and please see my special note to you under my today's posting "36C..".
PS--I can clearly recall my mom having that same response to something, I forget what. I only recall her saying "Oh Loey [low-ee]!" and then getting tears in her eyes. Always knew how touched she was when that happened. I know she is watching my loss from above, as are Jim and Cody.
What is SMO ?
Lois

Hey there, beautiful....Sounds like you had a wonderful trip. Missed you and very glad you are home. I know how you feel about being a little self conscious in some of the smaller clothes...I feel the same way. I guess it will take my mind awhile to catch up with the smaller body. Hopefully, I will see you again in Charlottesville.
Hugs,
Betsy
Donna,
I just got back in town and read your note. It made me cry. I wish my mother could have seen the "thinner me". I had the surgery after my mother went into a nursing facility from a serious stroke. She never really recovered, physically or mentally. I look in the mirror sometimes now and think I look like her and wonder what she would have thought. You have so much to be proud of. Let me know if you all go out to dinner. I would like to join in.
