How did you move your body last week?
This last week has been quite a challenge so moving was NOT on the agenda much. Although I did manage to make it out to the grocery store Friday and out in the back yard the last 2 days if to do nothing more than sit for a few hours and watch my buggas get all silly and wish I felt like playing with 'em.
Did you get in all of your vitamins?
Yes I have for the most part. Due to some restrictions I've not taken some but will resume Tues pm.
Did you get in all your fluids?
This is an area I have really gotten points in. I could probably float!
Did you get in your foods (and the good ones) high in protein etc?
When I could tolerate foods yes and ooooooohhhhh my I had crab! Trey & I split a HUGE one. It took me a while to eat it but dang it was good!
