...I love that part of his song, prolly my favorite part, actually, and I'll be hummin' it all night, smiling as I think of YOU! Im so glad to hear your cute butt's back home where it belongs. Now take it SLOW and rest, will you? Don't assume that those burst of energy you might get is enough reason to over do it, too soon. Hey? I mentioned this in an earlier post, but ...I wonder if the ride on the VOLCANO did it? It's supposed to be one of only two rides at that park that are ranked a FIVE. Highest fear, jerk, speed, bounce, lunge factor! I know you and Holly road that before we hooked up, wonder if it was too much pressure on a healing body? I dunno - just take it EASY and SLOW (dammit). We need you healed and rarin' to go come Boogie/Splash'n time! Welcome home - hugs, Lei

I'll tell a husband. Rich'll be happy to hear you are well as I am. I'm very happy to hear you are okay. Was very worried there. Geez, man, stop scaring us, okay? Be careful to keep away from things that irritate the GI tract whatever they are. BTW, as for your iron - make sure it isn't ferrous sulfate - that is a GI irritant - take one that is ferrous gluconate or ferrous fumerate instead. Yea, booze is an irritant. Maybe even acidy foods...'maters, spciy stuff, etc. Kathy

Kathy, Hey woman! I think you nailed it there with the Ferrous Sulfate. That is exactly what I was taking. And what's funny......the GI doctor told me, right before releasing me, that I needed to go ahead and double up on my Iron. Its amazing how little these doctors know about WLS. First they did that blind NG on me and then tell me to double my dose of Ferrous Sulfate! Thanks for clueing me in on that. I'll need to pick some up this afternoon. Keith
