Hi there Margo First go to featured topics on the home page , click on more . Then go down to weight related topics and click on cooking and baking , or deit and nutrition . I may have some for ya , I have been to cullinary school in my search for who i wanted to be . I do not cook professionally any more though . I did when i went back to school for the second time . That was just to support myself and wife while in school . reguards Nick

He seams like a real down to earth kinda guy .

We are moving to the Gateway Perry Homes right around the corner from Smith's Market. I love the location. It has all my favorites, Taco Time, Sonic, Subway, 7-11, etc. We should be there sometime this week. The house here closed and we are waiting for funding. I know there are a lot of people from Calif. moving to Utah. The appraiser told me that the prices of homes in Syracuse are going up higher then any other city in the area which is a good thing.
Maybe we can get together when I get there and meet.
