I am pre op and would love to have all of the articles. I read your profile. I live very close to where you were born. I lived in Tigard OR for 9 years and now have lived in Vancouver WA for 10 years. I am waiting on Insurance approval right now. I think this must be the hardest part till you get down to the surgery.
