Sister's Show

I wanted to tell you all about a book (I read it pre-op and then again 6 months post-op) called The Success Habits of Weight Loss Surgery Patients by Colleen Cook. I really like it and highly recommend it. She (Colleen Cook) was on my sister's show (succeedinggracefully.com) last year and She will be on it again (June 16th). Here is an e-mail from my sister about Colleen: "Congratulations!! Next week's show is with Colleen Cook on the different options to weight loss surgery. We will have several guests on sharing their stories and some details on the differences between the techniques. Could I show your before and after pics? Could I read what you wrote below as they show them? I've been very interested in the topic since you've gone through it. We had a lot of response when Colleen was on before, but we didn't have time to go in depth about the variety of options. Way to go lady!!! Tiffany" Yeah, I have an awesome sister. She's been a great support and encouragement despite her perfect little body!
