Criteria for wls

I went to the seminar last week, I filled out the application, and now I just was told I don't meet the criteria and Paula is sending a letter in the mail to explain.  My BMI is 39 and i have diabetes that I have to take insulin. Why dont I meet the criteria? Has anybody dealt with this? Thank you I just feel sick to my stomach.

It is most likely your insurance that is requiring a BMI of 40, or over 35 if you have at least 2 co-morbidities.  Wait for the letter and it should outline the information.  They may just need you to fill out some forms, or get information from your physician.
