i am 30 and to tired to do any thing . I need to find a dr who can help me became me agean i live in wyoming but i would like to find a dr. in salt lake city utah

I just had my RNY with Dr Sherman Smith, a partner of Dr Halversons and I would highly recommend the whole group and Dr Smith in particular. Their aftercare has been great so far and I have called everyday with questions since myr elease from the hospital. Also and the most important, very low complications rate with the group, theyve been doing this a long time.

Tiffany: I had Dr McKinlay as my surgeon and was very satisfied with him as a surgeon. I had surgery on Nov 8, 2005. I am just a few pounds from losing 100 since surgery. He's the newest of the surgeon's at RMAP but very skilled at what he does. I'm sure any of the other RMAP surgeons would be good as well. I am one to ask a lot of questions which I did regarding this surgery so I wish you well in your search. Marva

Any of the docs at Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians (www.utahbariatrics.com) are great. My RNY was performed by Dr. Simper, who was spectacular. RMAP was really good to work with because they take a holistic approach, not just a "cut you and leave you" approach. tj

depends on your insurance but i went to the first doctor to do this surgery in utah. LeGrand Belnap he is in the professonal building on the east side of Holy Cross Hsopital. he is also a kidney,liver transplant doc. here in utah. his web site is WWW.Drbelnap.com
