Hi. I noticed the same thing , after eating

" Triscuit " crackers .

These are popular crackers.....

After i ate from this box , maybe ten crackers .....i noticed

The same what she described above.a pain and bad uneasy feels my in the stomach .... 100 percent sure this came from these triscuits..

Looked at ingredients...not much. Sounds healthy. Could it be an additive. Like a preservative . Is causing this. I think...it must be. Unhealthy. Due to your stomach saying ouch. Ow...not good ..

Here's a bit lengthier article about the family (from Shine Magazine, link is in the original news video article):

https://shineonlinehealth.com/couple-weight-loss/

A couple of takeaways to note .. one, notice mention made of how important the "strict diet" is to successful post-op weight loss .. Keep in mind WLS is not a "ticket to ride" to major weight loss, it's rather more like a "passport" that will allow you to get to that destination if you do things properly after your surgery .. Something else I noticed from the video is that none of their three young sons are showing signs of being overweight, fortunately .. Hopefully it will stay that way and the "fat genes" will not creep into the scene later on ...

Neat article that was on our local news here in Dallas last night .. The couple had their surgery ("gastric bypass", but doesn't specifically state which type of WLS) two years ago, and are both doing GREAT (she looks almost skinny now ) .. Very proud of them, and they have a much brighter future now spending time with their young kids, as the video sweetly shows ..

Hi! No.. I haven't had any spurts of losing weight.. I recently reset my pouch & have adapted to a low-carb/high protein change due to some weight gain. And also no insurance right now, so I am unable to getting it checked out.

2005 HW: 300# // SW: 268# // GW: 140# (maintained for years)

2021 15yrs Post-op: 236# // Current: 127# // Goal: 120#

Funny, in that mine would do the same shortly after my DS (also 15 years ago ). However, mine only happened the first few years out and then gradually disappeared. It must have something to do with the weight loss shifting things around inside the abdominal cavity, I would think .. Have either one of you had a recent "spurt" of weight loss? Since it is happening now after quite some time out you should have it checked out, as possibly it could be an indication of some kind of internal herniation. ?
