Good Pre-Friday Everyone,
WOW it's cold outside !!! Here in Texas we are under winter storm warning. Only in Texas it is 80* one day and winter storm watch the next ( high today...39* ). LOL Grateful for the warm day yesterday...hopefuylly it will lighten our chances of ice that they are predicting due to the ground being so warm. WE ALL have so very many things to be grateful for everyday. Today I am grateful for warm socks and heat. Grateful for my WLS, Friends, Family, My Furbabys, grateful for my Faith and Trust in GOD. Grateful for my home, my husband's job, all the things that I can now do since my WLS that I only dreamed of before surgery. Just grateful for life itself. PLEASE try to stay warm everyone and drive careful if your on the roads. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed and safe day !!

Don, make the coffee extra strong today to make up for yesterday
Up early to head into office, hope I am not sliding home this evening. Got part of my order yesterday but was not the longjohns. Not looking forward to getting out in the cold weather.
Have plans with sisters and cousin to go to Sulphur Springs this weekend but might have to cancel if roads are bad.

Hope y'all got your new long handles in! I know I'll have mine on and the space heater will be on in the office! Speaking of my office I got "fired" yesterday, for one day. Since I'm the first one in the building in the morning I make a pot of coffee. Yesterday I was trying to make coffee and text with another officer at the same time. I put a filter in, put the basket back in the Bunn, filled it with water, closed the lid and let it go. Came in two hours later to be informed that I forgot the coffee! Ooops. Promised them I'd do better today. Bundle up before your go forth today.

I haven't been on the train in forever. I've had way too much crap going on in my life lately. I too am NOT looking forward to the freezing rain, sleet, snow etc. I don't drive well on that mess ( if anyone does ). I do like the colder weather but not if I have issues getting warm. LOL I need to get lights on my house, yard art out etc. but not sure that will happen since my youngest son has to work today and being on staff at a huge church he won't be home till pretty late. It might just not happen this year. My house looks like Christmas in the inside of my house and I made a new wreath for my door...it is out just not yard art and lights. Oh well....Life will go on if it doesn't get done. Have a great day and please drive safely if you go out of town this weekend Don. Saundra and Karla home your packages arrive before the super cold weather hits. Have a blessed day.

Happy Hump Day Everyone,
Hope your having a good week. Mine didn't start out so wonderful but it is improving. We ALL have so very many things in our lives to be grateful for everyday. We ALL need to focus on the positive. There will ALWAYS be negative things come up in our lives but we need to stay positive and run toward our goals that we have planned for our lives. Today I am grateful for people opening their eyes to things that they have been told for quite sometime. I am grateful for answered prayers, God, my faith in Him, my family, friends, WLS, OH, this time of year and everyone *****plies to my posts. I am grateful for Christmas....this is MY favorite time of the year. Grateful for a new chance for better choices in all aspects of life everyday. Like you really need another reminder of the looming Holiday? 
The tree is still in the storeroom. Guess we'll drag it in and put it up this weekend. Crap! That won't work. Have to go to the youngest granddaughter's birthday party - weather permitting. Praying we don't get hammered by frozen precipitation. "Hammered" being a quantity of snow or ice over 1/16 th of an inch!
Work is on top of the docket and maybe catching time on the treadmill when I get home.
Go Forth but remember to wrap the pipes and bring in the plants, pets, kids and or the grandkids before it gets more "seasonal"!
