Good morning. Hope you get to enjoy your Atlanta trip a bit, Saundra! I am off to another busy work day. Yesterday was too busy and then my tepdad fell and ended up in the hospital. He is beat up looking and got about 20 stitches in his head. they are CT scanning his head again is morning, and then if nothing shows up again, he will come home. Us mean kids don't think he needs to be out and about driving and on uneven ground because he doesn't move too well and can't see!
Have a good day.

Body not adjusting to getting up in eastern time zone very well, it don't want to get out of the warm bed. Starting at 8am this morning so up early enough so I can run down and eat breakfast before we head to the office.
I made it through presenting training material to new associates yesterday, have several more trips that will be more detailed training but think I will survivor
Have a great day.

A lady that attended a support group meeting I went to had plastic using the program she had no complaints and seemed happy with outcome, I don't remember what all she had done. She only came to that support group that one time never seen her again. She also said the surgeon doing the teaching and was in the operating room she had went a seen for a consult and this program prices was much cheaper.
Can you tell me how you can request a package, the information she gave me at that meeting I never could find how to get started.
good luck on this journey

I am looking to get a Tummy Tuck, Inner Thigh Lift, Breast Aug, and Upper Arm Lift Has anyone had these procedures with the residency program? I am waiting on the packet and am curious how much it will cost and also how happy previous patients are. I can not afford the normal rout for sure so this may be my only option other than living with all this skin. Thanks in Advance

I am not an early bird but in eastern time zone this week so should be able get the train on the tracks.
Stressful day yesterday, I get stressed when things don't go as planned but after hours on the phone finally got flight rebook. Glad I packed my longjohns cause it's 7° here in ATL this morning.
I have to present training material to a group of new associates which I have never done and I am sure they will here the nerves in my voice. Should have brought on of the dogs chill pill for myself:)
When I stepped on the scale yesterday they were moving in the right direction, just quite down far enough.
Bundle up and have a great day!

The dog missed the memo that I don't have to go to work till 2:00 this afternoon. Was doing my best to ignore her but then she started barking. Okay, I can take a hint. Better to let her out than clean up the mess if I don't.
Scales more user friendly this morning! Still not where I'd like them to be but better than they were. May try and get some treadmill time in before going to work.
Don't forget the various and different furlined undergarments today. Going to need them!
Also if one of you early birds would like to start the train the rest of the week it wouldn't hurt my feelings none.
Good Tuesday Everyone,
Hope your week is going well and you are still working on the New Years Resolutions. Everyday of our lives we should be grateful for all the things that the good Lord has allowed along with what we allowed in our lives. We ALL have so very much to be grateful for even if you don't feel like you do. God has obviously blessed you with another day since you are reading this and that alone is something big IMHO to be grateful for. Today I am most grateful for my 17 month old granddaughter. I am grateful for my husband of almost 37 yrs., my home, friends, family, Obesity Help, my WLS and all the support and encouragement since my surgery over 8 yrs, ago. Grateful for the amazingly caring people here on OH and for all the different choices for surgery that you have today. Grateful for the New Year, for my blood pressure meds that I resisted getting on but have made my life so much better for the past 1 1/2 weeks. Grateful for being able to do the things physically that I could only dream of doing pre-op. Grateful for Life itself. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a super blessed day and try to stay warm. It's super cold here in Texas today.
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Baby it's COLD out!!! was just out about 30 minutes ago to do errands..only 28 degrees...that's way to cold for me...taking a late lunch today. I have been busy on the phone since I clocked in. Which is a good thing, but I had to turn the ringer off so I could eat in peace... Nothing plan for tonight other than going home and staying warm!.. Saundra hope you have a good trip! Try to stay warm everyone!
