Good morning,
It's is cold and windy, thinking I might need two pair of long johns on today,
Slept in my own bed last night. Going to work a couple hours at home than bundle up and head to hospital and work rest of the day from there.
No real change on DH, just waiting on that section of bowel to start doing its job.

Thanks to OH getting their glithces out guess who is back!!
It is so cold out side that the dog looked up at me this morning with a "do I have to?" look when I opened the door for her to go out.
Got done what I needed to do yesterday but took longer than anticipated. Nothing new there. Need to catch some treadmill time today when I get home since I didn't yesterday.
Hope Saundra gets DH home soon. Hospital chairs are not the most butt/back friendly.

Good morning
Spent another night on the pull out bed at the hosiptal. I keep this up going to need back surgery myself. They did procedure yesterday to release the pressure from the gas build up and started him on a medicine that hopefully will help wake up the section of the colon that is still not working. Hoping X-ray they took this morning shows some improvement.
Took today off so I could help DH get around and not worry about work. I am going to hate to see the numbers in the scale after all the boredom eating I have been doing.

good morning! Well, looks like a slow day ahead for me. At work, no ringing phone & all my work is caught up... had a early morning Dr. appt. this morning--all went well (for now). No plans for this evening. DH has to work so will just me & furby. Guess it will be leftovers and TV! Stay dry!

Good Tuesday Everyone,
Hope you had a good start to the week. Mine was OK I wish I could say uneventful but it wasn't. Today I am grateful that we are getting some much needed rain even though I am going to have to go out into it in a little bit to go to my Aunt's house. I am grateful for waking up this AM and so grateful for my WLS and all the choices of WLS today. Grateful for all the things that I use to dream of doing before my surgery that are now normal. Grateful for Obesity Help and all the support and encouragement on these forums everyday. Grateful for the staff of OH that are behind the scenes making this site a success. Grateful for all the amazing people that I meet on these forums everyday. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed and safe day.

I am not familiar with that insurance nor do I live in San Antonio. My niece is on medicaide and she had WLS with Dr. Wright. You might want to call some bariatric surgeon's offices there in SA and ask if they can give you some names of some PCP's that support and encourage WLS in your area. Good luck to you and I wish I could offer more help to you.

Hello! I live in san antonio and I'm looking for a good PCP that supports medical and surgical weight loss and that has had patients successfully had their procedures done; A doctor that know the process and what it takes to get everything going. thanks for any and all help. Oh and i have Star Medicaid Ins. which makes is even hard i know. Also if there is anyone that has been successful with Star medicaid and would like to share some tips that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
