TGIF Everyone,

I'm SO glad it's finally friday. I don't really know why since I am domestic engineer ( housewife ). LOL Everyday we ALL have something to be grateful for. No matter what may come our way day to day and sometimes we just have to let things go and whatever happens...happens. I personally am grateful everyday of my life...whether I'm having a good or a bad day. Our decisions that we make in this life DO follow us in our future no matter what your age is. I have a adult son who is still finding this out. Please keep him in your prayers and me as well because I have to deal with his junk. UGH. Today I am grateful for the rain that we got yesterday. We didn't get nearly enough to raise our lake levels that much but trust me we will take ALL we can get right now. Grateful for my family, friends, health, faith in God and for God himself. Grateful for my WLS, Obesity Help and these message boards. Grateful for everyone on these message boards and for all the advice given. Grateful for support groups as well. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a safe and amazing weekend.

Happy Mother's Day for all our Mom's whether they post or lurk.  Brother is grilling at his house Sunday.  Pork chops and some deer back strap.  I'll at least try the back strap but "Oscar" may have issues with it.

Be glad when today is done.  Having major CRAP going on at local school so will be milling around there again for a good chunk of today.  Unfounded safety threats on social media not helping.

Rain was nice but could handle some more.  Maybe next week.

Good Thursday Everyone,

Hope everyone is having a great week so far and that you are looking forward to the weekend. My weekend already is filling up and looking very busy. I am grateful this AM for the rain that we are getting although my lawn needs to be mowed and my son was planning on doing that this AM....It won't happen today. I know that he will be grateful for that. LOL Grateful today that my husband is feeling better ( he has COPD and has been having issues breathing ). Grateful for modern medicine and all that it can do to make us feel better. Grateful for all the blessings that God has given to me and to my family. Grateful for God, answered prayers, my family and friends, my faith in God, for my husband still being able to work in spite of his COPD, for my 3 sons, daughter in law and my precious granddaughter who is the light of my life. Grateful for the peace that God gives me everyday of my life and for the patience he gives me to deal with junk that happens almost on a daily basis. Grateful for my WLS which is allowing me to actually LIVE my life now, restore my health and it has made me feel like a whole person. Grateful for all the activities I can do since my WLS and grateful that today you have lots of choices in different surgeries....I had a choice of 2. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed day.

Hope everyone is doing well out in OH Land. All is well at the Kuss Kasa. I'm slowly slowly learning Spanish at my new job. Finally started eating my protein like I need to again. And started working my thighs and upper arms. Yikes!! They REALLY need it. Eventually this summer I'm going to have to wear shorts, sleeveless tops and even a swimsuit. Won't be a pretty sight, but it sure looks better than it's looked in the past 20 years. Blessings Peeps!! 13 months out now and 138 lbs down. Was in a 28/30. Now 10/12. I'm pumped. So so thankful for my sleeve. Thanking God for all my many blessings. Oh yes. Prayers please for my 34 yr old daughter, Penny and her 4 yr old little girl, Alivia. They've got court, this coming Monday the 12th.😘 🙏😊 PS. Added latest phone, but can't seem to get it changed to my profile picture. Too late tonight. I'm heading to zzzzzzzz. 💤😴💤. Susie 😊
