Had a nice relaxing weekend-- I did nothing!!! Have to take off work a little early today. Have a Dr. appt concerning the MRI that I had done Thursday on my shoulder. Please say a prayer that all is OK>

Good morning! I officially received the call this AM confirming what my insurance company told me on Friday. I am approved! I'm so excited! I was so afraid they would deny me since this was a revision. Now I am waiting to hear from the scheduler to see when I can put this officially on the books and move forward sand band-o. :)

We should be so grateful for what we've been blessed with in our lives everyday. Actually everyday is not promised to us but a gift from God to us......a chance for us to make better choices and decisions than the day before. Today I am grateful for another chance everyday, for things that I've been blessed with in my life, for my family & friends, my faith in God and for his answered prayers whether he answers them with yes, no or wait. Grateful for my WLS and all the different choices of surgeries today. Grateful for family times, Obesity Help, support groups, encouraging friends and just pretty much life in general. Grateful for all the things that I've been doing since my WLS that I only dreamed of doing pre op. Grateful for my health and that I am healing very well from surgery and have gotten by not taking any pain medicine since the surgery and not even a Tylenol. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed Monday.

Good morning,
Had a good weekend, Saturday got up and went to a storage auction with DH and then did some shopping. Sunday after church did more shopping and bought dress to wear to nieces wedding this Saturday.
Work and sitting on my but****ching TV is all I have planned.
Scale not kind this morning.

Never much of a "cat" person but Garfield is the exception to the rule!
Family thing on coast was enjoyable. No sand in toes but sitting on porch, enjoying the breeze, jaw jacking and some really good Bar B Q - 
Today back to work. Still have stack of paperwork to bang out from burglary last Thursday. May wind up substituting mowing the yard for walking today. This coming weekend is a split weekend and taking DW to airport on Friday when I would be doing yard work on day off throwing a glitch into time management.
Go Forth and make the most of today!

I'm so grateful for the healing powers of God! My husband is recovering from his heart surgery & doing so well. God is good! I'm grateful for all my family, friends and my Church family that has given us so much support. I'm such a believer in having a strong support group around us.
