To mine I was her body guard this AM. I'd would have had a hard time too doing my business outside by myself with the coyotes howling a hundred yards away from me. Had to go "supervise" while she was out.

Still tired this morning, think I am still feeling the effects from step class on Saturday with support group.
Work is main focus today, tonight might go to auction with DH.

Short work day since cutting out early for a periodontist appointment this afternoon. That's okay though. The work will still be there tomorrow.

Had a nice weekend-lots of rest! Today is slow at work. Had several calls on my machine this morning, but only made 1 sale. No plans for this evening. Just home, cook some dinner and maybe do a load of laundry. Hope everyone has a good day..

Watch your speed in the school zones and remember a lot of the buses come equipped now with red light / stop sign cameras mounted on the bus. May find a surprise in your mailbox so be careful around them as well.
Hope the double yolk egg I poached this morning is a good omen for DW's job hunt and she gets the phone call she wants today. 
Work and exercise are one and two today. Above the "red line" this morning. Mowed the yard Saturday so I gave myself an "off" from exercising yesterday. Wishing now that I had. Might not be feeling as stiff as I am this morning.

Grateful for my WLS. Life is so full of things to be grateful for. But the most important is our God! So grateful that He loves us...
