Good Morning, Hope this finds you well and you are all looking forward to spring. Our monthly support group meeting is this coming sunday. I hope that if you live in the area that you will come and be part of the group this sunday. It is only 1 hour long. So please try if at all possible. We've been missing lots of you and support in this life long journey to better health is VERY important for a lifetime.
