Monday WLS Express - All Aboard!
Managed to do four miles on the treadmill yesterday and my legs are letting me know about it. Also feeling having stayed up too late to watch the Cowboys end another disappointing season. Mini camps start in May.
Work is on top of the agenda for today. That and trying to stay warm!

Exciting game last night, ending sucked tho! Off today but have plenty to keep me busy. I have to fly to ATL next week so need to take work cloths to cleaners, pick up a gift card for in-laws Christmas Saturday and since the house ain't cleaning itself looks like I am going to have to do it.
Sister only had to spend two nights in the hospital. Doctor said pain she was having could have been from the leaks and/or from scar tissue around bowel. Her not being overweight anymore is making her recovery and getting around a lot easier.
