The Day After WLX - All Aboard!
It is the day after Christmas and you know the sanitation workers dread today because of the extra heavy lifting they have to today. Also dreading today is the customer service reps at the brick and mortars for all the returns they will have to deal with. Lest we forget the poor UPS folks. They have not gotten all the goods delivered then they will have the returns from the internet shoppers to take back. My ill fitting boots included.
Very sedate Christmas with it just being Jan, the fur child and I hanging out at the house. Scales are NOT user friendly this morning! At the top of my upper end this morning. Too damn many cookies! Jan is making a platter of them to go to my office with me. They will disappear very quickly from the conference table. Long as they are out of our kitchen - I'm good.
Be careful if you are out and about and pack a little patience if you are stuck in line at the customer service counter.
Good morning
Had a good Christmas, no returns for me. Scale in my upper range this morning as well.
Younger sister who had RNY 5 years ago has two leaks from her pouch to old stomach and is having day surgery at Baylor today to repair. I plan to head to the hospital in a couple of hours.
Have a great day!

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas! Christmas Eve we drove up to OKLA to deliver gifts and visit with family and friends. Stopped off at the Nursing Home and left a couple of gifts for 2 of the residents that I had gotten to know over the 2yrs that Dad was there. Either have any family. They were both so excited to see me. Made me cry. Came home late, so we slept in yesterday. DH cooked me breakfast! Rest of the day was just relaxing and watching TV/movies. Even took a nap! But today I'm back to work, although haven't had but 1 call. Customer questions about placing an order. Hope everyone has a nice day.
