Rainy morning and getting cooler.  Today is the day we were looking for in July and August!  Long as "stupid is" and "stupid does" don't run into each other and I don't have to get out and work a traffic accident in the liquid sunshine - I'm good.  Stay inside and peck away on a computer.

Picking my great nephews up from school so will be taking a long late lunch today.

Need to take car to shop. It was smoking from somewhere the other day and now check engine light is on.

Crap...but..COULD just be pin hole leak in a hose and seemed worse because of the cooler weather,,,will cross my fingers and toes for you...My "check engine" light comes on when I sneeze, or turn the radio on too high..very sensitive lil sucker..

Smoking with the check engine light on are pretty good indications something ain't right!

Not planning any humping...TMI?...Well, you ARE family...No short peeps today...would love to stay snuggled under the covers, with a book, but Chris (youngest spawn, 21) is off today, and is having a "Mama moment", and said he wants to take me to lunch today...Wonder who he killed...Or what new tattoo he got permanently imbedded into his baby flesh..Also did to get my claws re-done...

Not much else going on in Gina-land. I'm excited about going back to work at the daycare. I need the structure, though the break has been nice. For a food GRAZER, being home is not good. At work I only allowed myself to eat what I brought-at home I am not disciplined enough, and I can't just leave the kids and "go for a walk". The scale hasn't  changed, but I don't have as much energy. If it is MENTAL, so be it--it still IS-ya know?

Business picked up a little yesterday.  But is slow again today.  Hoping my phone will start ringing after lunch!  DH is off tonight, and informed me we are going out for dinner tonight!  not a lot of anything else going on in my world.  Niece is coming up from San Antonio tomorrow for a few days.  Think she said it is Fall break and she is going up to Denton to check out the college.  She is thinking of doing her Masters there.  So guess I need to do a little cleaning/picking up tonight before she gets in.  Hope everyone is having a good day.
