NSV - From a Newbie
Just had to share a non scale victory with y'all.
I have had a awesome week, but I'm glad it's over, 'cause I'm pooped plum out. Even though I'm physically exhausted, I am also, at the same time, SO EXCITED. I did things this week that I haven't been able to do in over 18 years. I cleaned and cleaned. I climbed up into our attic, cleaned, sorted, threw away, and re-arranged storage tubs. I climbed up and down the attic stairs WITHOUT breaking anything - myself OR the stairs!! I cleaned out the garage. I cleaned and organized both the attic, garage, shed and back patio area. The awesome part of this is, I HAD THE STAMINA & ENERGY to do it all. Can't tell y'all what a victory that was for me.
I know, I know. I'm a newbie But dang it, I'm excited. Just had to share.

I know it's exciting to be able to physically do things you couldn't before plus all your storage areas are clean and organized.

Awesome, Susie. Thanks for sharing. It is wonderful to be able to do "normal" things without our weight getting in the way. Keep up the good work!!
