Weekend WLS Express
Happy Saturday morning!!! It's a little after 5am, and I've been up over 2 hrs..yea..cray cray...
Planning to go to work, in a little while, and decorate my room some more. It's just impossible to do it when my short peeps are there--ever tried to get up on a ladder with five 14-18 month old "helpers"..ever tried to get DOWN from a ladder with those helpers ?!?!? They did clap when I hung some stuff, from the ceiling-clapping is the HIGHEST praise, from them, ya know!
Food plan going well...fluids pretty good...exercise/bleh...still having muscle/nerves crap/that cracked rib just keeps re-hairlining, because of where things come together ( or don't)...I can do non-impact stuff, and I do SOME..but I could do MORE..feel free to kick my flabby butt..kicking can count as YOUR exercise!

We Can Do Hard Things
Gina, I hate exercising and never really got into the habit. I did get in the pool one day this week and moved around.
DH and I are going to North Richland Hills to a friends house I use to work with today. She invited me and another friend over. The three of us worked together for years, will be good to catch up. Going to be a hot day but she does have a pool. Might go to auction tonight if we ain't to exhausted when we get home.
Tomorrow going to SS then heading to Sulphur Bluff to visit day.
