Thursday Zephyr - All Aboard!!
Jan had an unfamiliar experience this morning when she went to take the dog out. She had never heard a deer "blow" and when she did it scared her. Now she knows! She enjoys seeing the deer and the cotton tails when they are running after each other playing.
Work is on top of the agenda and another dance lesson tonight. Getting better at it but Fred Astaire or Patrick Swayze I am not!
Be careful today!
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
Good Morning Don and TMB Family,
Don.....i am not 100% sure what your talking about by a deer blowing but I have a idea. LOL I personally have never heard that either. Good luck with the dance lessons. I'm not a good dancer either and I'm sure we aren't the only ones. LOL Not sure what today is going to bring my way. I was hoping my middle son would finish painting my house today but I don't think it is going to happen. He got a job yesterday and starts his training today. SO that leaves out today. He's about 90% finished. He has detail work to do and painting my shutters and re-painting my front door. It will look like a different house. I'm really excited that I decided to change colors. Anyway have a great day everyone and try to stay dry in all these scattered showers all around.
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian
GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

Hi All,
My day will be filled with puree! I never knew I would love it sooooo much. :-)
Had sleeve surgery on 5/14. MD said I could start my water aerobics class, so I went last night for an hour. I almost talked myself out of it, because I wasn't too crazy about putting on a bathing suit, but once I got there I found everyone friendly and welcoming. I was able to participate the whole hour and had a great time! The water felt WONDERFUL! I slept in until 9:30am this morning and awoke a little fatigued. I'm still only taking in between 450-500 calories a day, so I guess this is understandable. I'm going back today, but will only do 30 minutes if I get tired. I know I am still healing. Then I go back on Monday again.
What a ride!
