Race Weekend WLS Express - All Aboard!

Not that I'm a particular fan of NASCAR but it is a big event in N. TX and lots of folks are very, very much into NASCAR.  Lots of cha-ching to the economy.

I'm thinking more about Monday with it being Tax Day!  I've got to cut them a check and it chaps my butt when I think of how much is wasted on stupid crap!

Mini rant over.  Off work to TCB (Take Care of Business) today.  Lots of running so I got to scram!

I was starting up the train for you then posted it and saw it was up and running so I deleted my post.   LOL   Wasn't sure if you were going to be able to do it today.    I'm not a big Nascar fan either but the traffic sometimes affects the freeways near my house.    I try to not head that direction ( it's about 20- 30 minutes from me ) when it is race weekend.    Sorry you have to pay into the government.    That stinks.....I do agree that they totally waste WAY too much money.    I don't really want to get started on that though.   LOL   Hope everyone has a great weekend.    I have no plans so far.

Filed my taxes earlier this week, refund won't cover tips for cruise but least we are not paying.

I am ready for my vacation to start.

Finally made it to Walmart last night, I am sure I forgot something and will have to make another trip before we head to Galveston Sunday. Remembered the Jergens so fake tan is underway.

Going to auction tonight with DH after work.

Hi everyone,  late getting on the train this morning/afternoon.  Got to work and was busy from the moment I turned on the computer till now.  Nothing happening in my world today.  Tomorrow I need to get oil changed in my car and I have a support group meeting at 4pm tomorrow in Frisco.  Other than a little shopping thats all for the weekend.  Hope everyone enjoys the nice, warm weather.

A co-worker of mine is a race ho..true blue Edwards fan..she won a contest and yesterday got to wave the "green flag"...OMG...You would have thought she had died and gone to have dinner with Elvis..it was so fun to see her so excited, when she found she had won--true bliss ! I'm sure she will be full of great stories, when I see her on Monday
