Friday WLS Express - ALL ABOARD!!

Split weekend so off today work tomorrow.  No biggie. 

What a tragedy in Kaufman yesterday!  Lots of very strong emotions can get stirred up around the court house if you think about it.  You have folks there possibly going through nasty divorces or ugly civil suits, families of defendants looking at having them possibly incarcerated, victim's families etc.  It can be a powder keg.

Only two things on the docket:  Going to the bank and getting the rest of the Christmas lights off the house.  Maybe toss in a load of clothes and supper out tonight.  Depends.

Good morning. I'm off and just have several things to get done today. I'm still taking care of paperwork from switching bank accounts so need to go to 2 insurance offices to finish that paperwork up, then hit Walmart for groceries for Superbowl party food. After that I am going to get a pedicure and manicure.

Tomorrow I have to leave super early to head to Reliant Center for the Color In Motion 5K with some of my Mainstayer support group: Paige, Barbara W and Barbara M.

TGIF...Can't believe it is already weekend time.    I'm looking forward to the weekend.    That's something new.   LOL  The weekend is usually just another day.    Going to San Antonio with 2 of my nieces.    One has a appointment with a bairatirc  surgeon on monday.    She wants me to go and talk to him with her.   I LOVE San Antonio so she didn't have to twist my arm too much.   LOL    Other than that....nothing really going on that I really care to share.   Have a blessed weekend and hope your "team" wins the Super Bowl....me....I could care less who wins.

Viv. I always like going to San Antonio enjoy and have a safe trip.

I am ready to get the work day done and start the weekend.

Not to much planned for the weekend, going to auction tomorrow night with DH and SIL. Hope he sells more then he spends. He is still working so that honey do list is still on hold. It is just him and one other guy left at the plant and they stopped giving them a end date, possible his job could last several more months so can't complain.

So glad today is Friday.  And yes this week has gone by fast.  Dinner out tonight with husband.  Saturday I have support group meeting to attend in Denton (potluck lunch).  We always enjoy those!  Then I will be leaving from there to drive up to OKLA to check on my Dad.  Spending the night at my brother's and then Sunday will spend more time with Dad.  Have to get home at a somewhat early afternoon.  Richard will be leaving Mon. morning for a week of business in NM.  So will have to help him get things ready for his trip.  Thank goodness the weather is going to be nice!.  Vivian- enjoy San Antonio--I love it too.  Everyone else enjoy your weekend, too.
